Student’s identification in the AGH UST systems

Student ID number – is the basic identification number used at the University. Each of the admitted Students receives this number upon the enrollment, i.e. the registration on the list of active students.

Email address in the AGH UST domain – is required for communications concerning studies and the university. Any applications or statements must be sent only from this address. It is indispensable for student’s data validation. Additionally, email messages sent from this address should be signed your first name, surname and student ID number. This email account is also necessary to access the remote learning/teaching platforms (UPeL, MS Teams). Your AGH UST email account can be created using the following website: https://panel.agh.edu.pl/newuser/newuser.php. To set up the account, it is needed to have: a student ID number, Personal Identity Number (PESEL) and private email account.

USOSweb account – the USOSweb service (Student Management Information System) is a basic communication platform as regards student’s academic achievements and the implementation of curricula. It contains information on the study modules, student’s grades/credits and the course of study. The USOSweb system is also used to provide access to various kinds of information from the Faculty Office, e.g., the number of the group you have been assigned to. Ever student is obliged to immediately set up a password and obtain access to the USOSweb system. In order to do it, please use the following service:  https://panel.agh.edu.pl/newuser/newuser.php.

Organizational information may be sent to your USOSweb account and your AGH UST email address prior to the commencement of the new academic year. Therefore, it is crucial to log in as soon as possible.
